This 15th Century Manor House has an annex, in the form of this lovely rural cottage. Downstairs it is open plan, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, with full oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc. There is an original huge stone fireplace, a wonderful feature.
Upstairs there is two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room and a family bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet and wash basin.
Outside there are around four acres of land, mostly to meadow. There is an enclosed front garden so safe for younger children.
Local Area DetailsKerdudou is a small hamlet of a few houses, about 5 kms from the beautiful market town of Le Faouët, with its ancient medieval covered market. It has a very rich past. It will inspire anyone who loves chapels and old stonework. The centre of town is embellished with the magnificent covered market dating from the 16th century. This building is 53 m by 19 m and it has an impressive roof and a very beautiful bell-tower. The church, parts of which date back to the 12th century, was redesigned in the 16th and 17th centuries. There is a straight run down the D 769 to Port Louis the nearest beach at about a 30 minute drive. This house is perfect for family holidays, near to loads of various activities. Pay a visit to the local tourist information office - you will be spoilt for choice

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
