This is a truly beautiful home, renovated with the greatest of care to the highest standards and new to the rental market this season. It has one good sized room downstairs with lounge area and kitchen corner. The kitchen corner is brand new, and is equipped with gas hob, convection/microwave oven and the lounge has seating and dining areas.
Upstairs there is one bedroom with a modern double bed and a single bed, and a cot can be provided on request. Therefore the house sleeps 2, 3 or four if you count baby. There is also a modern bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
Local Area DetailsOutside the gardens are landscaped and you will have private use of the main patio at the back of the owner's house. There is also a large meadow with a pond, but this is fenced off for the safety of younger visitors. Set in a tiny hamlet, offering peace and quiet, the house is only a 10 minute drive from Auray which has numerous restaurants and bars, and of course there are loads of beaches to choose from too. The medieval city of Vannes is 20 minute's drive and Lorient 30 minutes, so this offers a really central location to go exploring in every direction.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
