This apartment and studio combination comfortably sleeps six people and is ideally located seconds from the fabulous unspoiled beach of Playa Famara which is the surfing and kitesurfing capital of Lanzarote.

The apartment and studio each have a separate entrance. The studio has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchenette area with a twin bedded sleeping area separated by a curtain. There is a shower with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has the same lounge, dining and kitchenette areas, as well as the sleeping area separated by a curtain. However the apartment has the added advantage of an additional, separate bedroom. The apartment has two shower rooms, one of which is en-suite to the bedroom.

The entrances to the apartment and studio lead off a driveway which is shared with the owners´ bungalow. Outside the apartment and studio are sunbathing areas which have patio furniture and views of the mountains and the sea.

The beach is virtually on your doorstep – you couldn´t get any closer! The apartment and studio are in the grounds of one of the Playa Famara bungalows which is an urbanization two kilometres from the pretty fishing village of Caleta de Famara. The development sits in the shadow of the stunning Risco de Famara cliffs which offer an amazing backdrop. The urbanization has a local supermarket and a restaurant which serves traditional Canarian cuisine. Playa Famara beach is on your doorstep and is the longest natural beach in Lanzarote.
