| Villa Old Fashion House is located along the costine that overhangs the bay called Cala Bianca. Just a few kilometers from Scopello and the Nature reserve park lo Zingaro.

The villa is settled along the slope that extends to the bay and thus is possible to reach the sea by walking. The house melts perfectly in the background of the surrounding environment not only because of the original materials used in the house contructun and furniture but as well in the respect shown to the nature where the it is built.
The access to the inside is through a large living room where is sitated also the kitchen. A very lively and functional equipped with all nessesary household facilities. The interior is characterized by antiquarium style furniture with certain value and many family relics.
One area of the living room is intended for dining. Close to the entrance is situated the conversation area with fireplace that enhances its charm. From the living room are accessable two separate sleeping zones. One is the master bedroom with little hall that joints to the lovely terrace with splendid sea view and bay view.
The bedroom furnished as well with old-fashioned furniture has access to a bath with shower. The second sleeping zone includes another two bedrooms with queen size beds both with direct access to the surrounding garden and one bedroom with twin beds. The available bathrooms for these rooms are two both with shower.
In the villa’s structure is comprised also a little dependance with one double bedroom and en-suite bath. There is a direct access to the garden. Such environment is created exactly to give some intimacy and privacy to the guests.
The villa is immersed into various Mediterranean vegetation that increase its fascination.
In the garden there are different angles and furnished terraces that help relaxing and create a very pleasant and calm atmosphere.
A very comfortable external kitchen provided with barbeque will permit you in the pereparation and tasting excellent Sicilian reciepts and grilled meals.
