Property Details
The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic and fantastic views across the valley to the mountains beyond. It is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday with only a short walk to the nearest beach, the local supermarket complex with various shops, Bank, Restaurants and a Nine hole golf course.
The Villa has been completely refurbished with new electrical fittings and ceiling fans, new beds, furniture, curtains, kitchen equipment and mosquito blinds.
For your comfort, we have now added AIR CONDITIONING to the main living, dining and kitchen areas.
There are two bedrooms, one with a huge queen size bed and the other has twin beds.
The Living/Dining areas are very light and airy,with a large curved sofa, TV, CD/Radio and table with four chairs.
The small fitted kitchen has a gas Oven and Hob, Microwave Oven/Grill, Washing Machine, Fridge, toaster and electric kettle.
Outside in the garden is a larger than average swimming pool which can be lit up at night, extensive terracing and a lovely spanish garden with BBQ Area, outside shower and plenty of room for sunbathing on the sunbeds provided.
There is a private driveway for parking and a drying area at the back of the property.
Casa Delfin in south facing and therefore has the sun all day and at night the sunsets are to die for !
Local Area DetailsCasa Delfin is within walking distance of a large supermarket, restaurants, banks and various other shops. There is also a golf course only a few minutes away.
The town of Moraira is only a few minutes by car where there are two lovely clean sandy beaches, plus plenty more shops and restaurants.
Calpe and Javea are nearby towns, and Benidorm is only 25 minutes down the motorway.
