This delightful rustic style Spanish house is situated along 2 km of rough track in the countryside above Nerja.
The living area is all on the upper floor. There is a spacious lounge / dining room with sofas, open fire place, sat tv (1 or 2 English channels only) and a dining table that sits 6 people. There is an American style kitchen with oven, hob and microwave and a small food pantry.
There are three bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have double beds (one with an en suite shower room) and the third bedroom has twin beds.
There is also a full bathroom consisting of bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
The lounge leads out onto a covered terrace hosting patio furniture and spectacular views across the countryside down to the coast and up to the mountains. From the patio there are a few steps leading down to the well-maintained, lawned garden, pool and BBQ area. On the lower level there is a washing machine and at the entrance there is private parking for two cars
The pool is 7m x 3m with a shallow end of 1.35 meters and is surrounded by balustrades making it ideal for the safety of young children.
Car hire is necessary as it is approximately 10 minutes drive down to the town.
The friendly owners Pepe and Mari Carmen change laundry on a weekly basis.
Available from 20th March 2005, minimum of 7 days must be Sunday – Sunday.

| A deposit of 25% per week is needed to secure any reservation and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival in resort. There is also a damage deposit of 150 euros to be paid and is refunded at the end of the holiday if everything is in order. |
