The split-level living room with extensive patio doors offers a panoramic view opening directly onto a large shaded dining verandah. Views from this verandah and the pool patio, which also incorporates a shaded barbecue area, extend over the countryside and out towards the sea.
Ground floor: Hall leads to large open-plan kitchen, dining room and split-level living room with open fireplace, guest WC. Three steps down to 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. First floor: Master double bedroom opening onto balcony (care should be taken with young children due to horizontal balcony railings), adjacent shower room. Outside the kitchen door leading to the pool patio is a changing room.

Air-conditioning is available in each bedroom at a local charge of CY£2.50 per unit per day if required. Heating is included from November to April, if required.
