Ideally located just a short walk from the beach and resort centre with a good range of shops and restaurants almost on the doorstep. The Massol is a small group of apartments personally cared for by Juan Carlos the owner. Set in attractive grounds with flowers, shrubs, trees and areas of lawn with a fantastic mountain backdrop. In the corner of the grounds is an inviting "C" shaped swimming pool (various depths from 0.7 - 2.5m with a separate child section of 0.4) which is surrounded by sun terracing and shielded from the road by neat hedges. There is also a children¹s play area and a rep office which can be used for luggage storage in the case of late departures. The apartments are split between two detached three storey blocks with just twelve apartments in each. On the ground floor each apartment has its own shaded terrace and apartments on higher floors all have shaded balconies. The interiors are bright, airy and simply furnished in modern light pine with stainless steel kitchenettes and full bathrooms. The studios are of a good size with the bed being divided from the lounge which has a sofabed. The one bedroom apartments have a twin bedroom, again with a sofabed in the lounge if required. Extra beds can only be used for children up to twelve years of age. Please note that there is no lift.
Small apartment buildings with pools such as this are rare in Puerto Pollensa, especially in such a convenient location for the resort centre and beach.

Instead you'll find a wealth of locally owned bars, cafes, restaurants and shops chiefly grouped around the marina, with beautiful views across the wide, sheltered bay to the Aucanada peninsula
