Emerald Pointe is part of Lakeside Estate, to the East of Disney just off the main 192 road that runs through Kissimmee. It is easily accessed from both major airports serving the area. The Oseola Parkway and Florida Turnpike give easy and fast access to the main Theme Parks, Restaurants and Shopping Malls. A Walmart Superstore is only 5-10 mins away. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people (4 bedrooms) and has an open-plan interior with access to the pool, via the lounge at the rear. In 2005 it has been newly furnished throughout and a brand new swimming pool added. The pool overlooks a conservation lake at the rear of the property The villa is fully air –conditioned and all the rooms have TV`s. A DVD player is provided in the lounge area. We provide all bed linens, towels (please take your own beach towels for the parks) and tea towels and there is even a hairdryer. The telephone is free for all local and international calls ! The villa is professionally cleaned before each arrival and there are full laundry facilities. The washer and dryer are 'extra large' and there is also an ironing board and iron. The villa is fully equipped for your holiday and electric (except pool heat) water, cable TV, all linen's and towels are included in the weekly rate.
