Our villa is located so that you have quick and easy access to everything that Orlando has to offer Theme Parks, Fishing, Golfing, Swimming or just touring the amazing conservation areas that Florida has to offer. Our luxury villa is Air Conditioned throughout, keeping you cool helping you relax and unwind after a busy day in the parks or just chilling out by your very own Swimming Pool and Spa. We are situated on the famous US192, minutes from Historic downtown Kissimmee and “Old Town� and 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and the Water Parks.


Our luxury villa in Magic landings, Kissimmee, Orlando is a new 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home with 2 Master suites with en-suites Bathrooms and a Swimming pool and a Spa pool. The main living area is open plan with a large Family room and Dining room, which opens out and joins the Kitchen. All 4 Bedrooms have a colour TV and walk in closets with ample storage space and the 2 Master Suites have private bathrooms. The Family room has a large TV and DVD player for those relaxing evenings after a busy day in the Theme parks. The Family room leads onto the large deck area and swimming pool. This is truly a home from home and you will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed and wanting to come back again. Lounge: This spacious room is beautifully furnished and looks directly out onto the pool area .A great room to relax in or watch TV or a DVD. A large 3-seater sleep sofa and 2 arm chairs, coffee table and end table. Luxury second to none Kitchen: The Kitchen has all that you could possibly want with a large American Style Refrigerator, oven microwave and ceramic hob to help you create those family meals if you so wish. The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs. Bedroom(s): Master Bedrooms Both have 19� TVs queen size beds clock radio bedside cabinets and table lamps and large en-suites. Ample storage space with your own walk in closets. You also have your own access to the pool area. Twin Bedrooms Both have 19� TVs 2 x twin beds and clock radios, bedside cabinets and table lamps and ample storage space. A full bath suite services these bedrooms. Magnificent Pool Area There is nothing better than relaxing by your own private pool after a long day in the theme parks. This is why we have had paid special attention to our pool area. We have an oversized screened pool.

Local Area Details

Villa location information Situated just east of Kissimmee just off the famous US192, our villa at Magic Landing makes it the ideal location for a fantastic holiday in Orlando. This is a gated community surrounded a privacy wall and some wooden areas. The entrance is lined with Lush Palm Trees and landscaped gardens making this a beautiful place to spend your holidays There is a small lake within Magic Landings, which adds to the beauty and peacefulness of the area.


Only a few minutes away is the Florida Turnpike and the Osceola Parkway, which will give quick and easy access to all of Centrals Florida’s Attractions. Walt Disney World can be accessed in less than 20 minutes, Universal World and Sea World in about 25 minutes. Orlando International Airport in 20 minutes away. Magic Landings is directly across from Kissimmee/St Cloud Tourist Information Center and also Silver Spurs Rodeo Area, which is located inside the Osceola Heritage Park. There are many local Golf Courses, which will suit both the professional and the amateur golfer in your family. Local shops and restaurants are all just minutes away. The Beach is easy to get to just turn right outside the main gate of Magic Landings and follow the signs.
