An old, detached farmhouse is beautifully situated in completely peaceful and unspoiled rural surroundings, with magnificent views of Derbyshire's spectacular White Peak country on every side.
The farmhouse offers simple accommodation:
Living room, sitting/dining room with fireplace and "open design kitchen".
Oven, microwave,electric cooker, in the pantry a refrigerator and washing machine.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, cot provided.
Modern bathroom with bath, basin and W.C.
Gas central heating throughout.
Services:
Heating during winter by central heating (FREE), in the summer by open fire (FREE). Electricity is on a coin meter.
You are supposed to leave the cottage as you found it, however cleaning can be arranged (chargeable UK 12.50). bedlinen can be provided for UK 3,-- per bed
Pets are accepted free of charge if kept in kitchen/diningroom and outside under strict control because of sheep in adjoining fields.

Local Area DetailsA Paradise for walkers, the Nook is situated close to the Minning low and High Peak trails for cycling and walking.
Dovedale is within easy reach.
The fine stately homes of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are nearby as are the attractive towns of Ashbourne, Matlock and Bakewell.
The elegant town and Spa of Buxton (Summer festival) is only 10 miles away.
