Piedade is a substantial detached house with a large swimming pool and secluded garden with trees, flowering shrubs and a good-size lawn area for sunbathing or children's games. Each floor had a shaded terrace which overlooks the pool and there is a lovely large built-in barbeque with a sink and food preparation area adjacent to the swimming pool. This traditional older-style property has an elegant, old world aspect and is very spacious and comfortable with typical dark wood furnishings and a `rustic' feel. Piedad would suit two groups travelling together as the first and ground floors are completely self contained (access between floors is via exterior steps). There is a large well equipped fitted kitchen on the first floor and a smaller 'kitchenette` downstairs plus a lounge on each level and bedrooms and bathrooms split between both floors.

A very spacious and comfortable villa in a pleasant residential area with a lovely large swimming pool and a secluded garden. The smaller self contained ground floor could be ideal for older teenagers requiring a little independance from the main family group.
