This beautiful garden Villa with a massive terrace and pool dividing the area to the Little Cottage on the other side is perfect for two couples who would like their privacy. A large property with a hacienda type atmosphere of old Spain but with modern conveniences and reconstructed in 2004. The rooms are large as well as the three large covered terraces where the roof over hangs and floral vines shade the covered terraces. The outer terrace is equal in size to the villa and has a mature palm coming through from the grounds below. A kidney shaped pool is nested on the inner side near the high walls of vines while the other side of the terrace looks out to tall trees, the river bed and the hills in the distance. The two kitchens are newly fitted. There is a lot of dining room space (up to 10) as well as in the kitchens. Parking right off the road on a ceramic driveway. Lots of beautiful lighting to light up the gardens, terraces etc.
Local Area DetailsMarbella and Puerto Banus are a glamourous area and the Villa fits right in with the same theme. Very artistic, well designed and a "fun Villa" There is a lot of art work through out both areas. This theme suits the area of jet setters to royalty or just good beaches and mountain fun to just plain, lying around the villa. A perfect location being out in the country and yet 3 minutes by car to Puerto Banus. There are five turns from the airport and it takes 40 minutes from the Malaga Airport. One hour to Gibraltar.
