Villa Lillian Bed and Breakfast studio is located approx 250 metres from the La Marquesa Golf and Country Club. It adjoins the owners Villa and has it's own private patio area. The studio is en-suite and has a communal swimming pool. It enjoys a rural location with a superb road network to all major area of interest. The Bed and Breakfast is spacious and airy, it also has views of the Golf course in a peaceful and tranquil setting, it also has patio table and chairs. Towels changed daily, bedding changes twice a week, and the studio is cleaned and tidied every morning. There is also TV/DVD and Radio with s good selection films and CD's for you to play.
Local Area DetailsThe studio is approx 4.5 km from Guardamar beach resort wich is a ten minute drive. Further afield you will find the beaches of Alicante, Santa Pola, Torrevieja, Punta Prima, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and many many more. They are all Blue flag beaches. On the Costa Blanca coast line there is of course the resorts of Benidorm, Valencia, and to the South La Manga. All these resorts are within easy driving distance, thanks to the excellent road network. Apart from Ciudad Quesada where the studio is located, there is the village of Rojales which is 1.5 km away, it has a typical spanish market held every Thursday. There is also the beach resort of Guardamar which is approx 4.5 km away. There are many spanish little villages that are in the area for you to visit.
In the immediate area there are countless Shops, Bars, and Restaurants. There are Banks, Chemists, Doctors, Dentists and Supermarkets. For those who like to explore there are the towns of Orihuels, Murcia, Elche, Alicante and lots more. The studio is ideal for house inspection trips, Completion Trips as well as a holiday.
