All are fully equipped for a self catering holiday with either twin or double beds, kitchen with dining/lounge area, 1 bathroom for 1-bedroomed apt. and 1 bathroom & shower toilet ensuite for the 2-bedroom apt. Each apartment has its own front sun patio with own garden furniture. Also B.B. Q. Area with sittings .The apartments form a part of the fully detached villa where the owners live on the upper level although they are totally independent to the apartments themselves. Local Area DetailsLOCATION OF THE SANTA MARIA VILLA APTS. MELLIEHA. These villa apartments are only 5 minutes pleasant walk to the Main Road for bus stops, and proceeds to shops, supermarkets, chemists , banks & other attractive sites. The spacious pool area includes a surrounding bathing area with parasols, sunloungers and a BBQ near to the garden area - with closed shower/toilet. The pool measures 14 meters x 4 meters and has a small kiddies section with steps. About Mellieha: Further north from St Paul's Bay lies the town of Mellieha, which sits on top of a hill, overlooking the 'tail end' of Malta. It is also surrounded by fertile valleys and most spots provide good panoramas of the countryside, the Bay (which has the longest beach - 600m (650 yards) in Malta) and northwards towards Comino and Gozo. The town is popular with Maltese and visitors alike. One can also find some good restaurants, entertainment & full shopping facilities.
