A 15th century stone building, which was once a defensive tower of Trinci's Castle, Lords of Foligno, the Residence looks over the little village of Rasiglia, nestled in the wooded hills of Foligno and the fresh, clear waters of the Menotre River. After a careful restoration, the building has been divided into three charming apartments, each independent and sharing a beautiful garden and terrace as well as a barbecue with a wood-burning oven. Apartment CORINNA (2 sleeps; 25 mq) is a picturesque one-roomed flat with kitchenette, living/dining room with TV and full-sized double sofa bed, one bathroom with shower. Apartment ILARIA (2+2 sleeps; 45 mq) is made of one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, roomy kitchen with living/dining room with TV and 2 full-sized single sofa beds. Apartment MICOL (2+2 sleeps; 42 mq) is made of one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a roomy kitchen with living/dinind room with TV and one full-sized double sofa bed.
