"Le Chat Noir" is a carefully restored and renovated stone built 19th century cottage, in the beautiful rural Western Loire.
It has great character offering spacious accomodation. Set in over an acre of land, in a peaceful location close to the village of Noyant.

Accommodation comprises:
A Two storey property which is tastefully and comfortably furnished. It has a large lounge with beamed ceiling,TV/CD player with
surround sound,open log burning fire, fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and seating for at
least 8 people. Electric radiators.
Upper floor:
Bedroom One with double and single/day bed, shower and handbasin. It has original stone tiles and has views across
sunflower fields in the summer.
Bedroom Two with two single beds, and double sofa bed, with shower and handbasin.
Upstairs toilet, again with original tiled floor.

Ground floor:
Double bedroom on the ground floor.
There are also two single folding beds and travel cot if required.
A spacious Bathroom on ground floor with shower over the bath and toilet.

Guests are asked to provide their own bed linen and towels, quilts and blankets are included.

Outside:
There is a sun terrace with patio furniture, wooden garden bench for warm nights sitting under the grape vines sipping
on the local French wine,
set in over an acre of land, mainly grass with trees and shrubs. It is a very quiet location ideal for relaxing.

Noyant Village (5 mins by car)
The village has full facilities available. Tourist Information Office. Banks with cash point, Boulangerie, Butchers, tabac, cafe, supermarkets (intermarche)
with petrol station, Post Office, Pharmacies, Restaurants, and an excellent Friday market.
Golf course 15 minutes drive, larger towns of Bauge, La Fleche, Le Lude, Chateau-le-Valliere, Chateau du Loir are all within 30 minutes drive.
