Modern first floor apartment located just five minutes walk to local supermarket, bars, restaurant and entertainment. Five minutes drive (20minute) walk to 2 beach coves, marina and shops in main Torrevieja. Three top golf courses are located 10minutes drive.
The apartment accommodates up to six adults: one double bedroon, one twin bedroom and a double sofabed in the lounge area. Spacious lounge/dining area has extending dining table, SkyTV, Stereo and DVD Player.
Bedrooms and bathroom equipped with linen, towels and hairdryer. Separate kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and airer.
Large sun terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers. This area over looks secure private communal pool, ideal for families with young children. Nearby Irish entertainment centre (2minute walk) is brilliant for adults and childre. Centre has large pool, garden, pool tables, bowls green, bar, restaurant and organised day and evening entertainment.
Sorry due to first floor location, it is not accessable for wheel chairs. There are approx. 20 steps to apartment and no lift.
