Property Details
A cosy house in quiet residential neighbourhood away from all the hustle and bustle.
The house is on three floors with a veranda facing the garden where breakfast will be served.
There are two rooms dedicated to guests, each with its own particular style.
The mansard on the top floor is a large room with three beds in ethnic style. The furnishings are highlighted by colourful fabrics which contrast with the walls painted in white.
This room has its own private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, air conditioning, TV.
The second room, is rigorously furnished in a Japanese style. The floor is entirely covered with Tatami (the typical floor covering in Japanese homes made of straw mats), upon which futons (beds) are placed. The bathroom too reflects an oriental style.
The owner, Lorena, is a musician, with a passion for Enology.
She is an expert sommelier and has worked in some of the most famous restaurants in Rome.
In her house you will experience a different atmosphere where you can rest, read, listen to music and, if you wish, taste some excellent wine.
Local Area DetailsThe B&B is located in a residential neighbourhood called Villagio Azzurro - Tre Pini, at about 7 miles from Colosseo. It is very green and silent, well linked to the centre which can be reached in 20 minutes.
Not far away there is the beach of Ostia, Leonardo da Vinci airport and the splendid hills surrounding Rome - The Castelli Romani.
Nearby there are tennis courts, gyms, a covered swimming pool; you can shop in a characteristic outdoor market.
Dry cleaners, pizzerias and various restaurants are also available in the near vicinity.
Three hundred metres from the house there is the new Hotel Sheraton Four Points with a bar and restaurant.
