If you decide to spend your vacation in Florence, to visit the artistical beauties of the city, get in touch with Residenza Giulia. We are located on the top floor of a five floor building, (with elevator access) which provides for stunning views of the Tuscan hills, and the famous terra cotta rooftops of Florence.
We are located only five minutes from the historical center and the central station, Santa Maria Novella, as well as easy access from the Autostrada and airport click here for directions. There is off street parking provided directly below us, for a small charge, for safety and security
Residenza Giulia provides total relaxation. Every morning, breakfast will be served directly to your room, each with a private bathroom and terrace. You will have access to the palestra directly under us, where for a minimal cost, you can partake in aerobics, weight training, sauna and massage parlor.

Nice temperatures from April to october, but weather could be very hot on summertime. Cold but dry during the winter january, february and march). Mostly rainy on november and december.
