This flat is very well situated : 29 km from Paris (only 15 minutes by car) and 5 km from Disneyland Resort Paris. The best for those who wants to visit the "région parisienne".

Right in the city center, on the first flor of a small building (16 flats) in a (impasse in french) very quiet. The direct sight is over La Poste (french post office) but 25 ° on your right there is the public garden by the river La Marne just beside. From the flat you can see both and also the boats on the river.

Lagny sur Marne is a city of 20.000 citizens with his own historical center where Jeanne of Arc came after fighting with English. She made a miracle in the Church Notre Dame des Ardents : she has praied and gave life to a kid dead three days earlier.

The city is in the crossroad of the motorways A4 (Paris - East ) and A 104 ( Francilienne which is make the total turn of Paris 25 km away of Paris) so the best place in order to visit Paris and Disneyland Resort Paris.

To come from London by car, take the A1 from Lille towards Paris. Take the direction of Disneyland Paris / Marne la Vallée with the A 104 just after the Roissy / Charles de Gaulle airport.
Leave the motorway at the exit : Lagny sur Marne.
