The villa is set all on one level and is well furnished, offering an open-plan lounge / dining room with CD player, satellite TV and video. Also provided is a system which is providing BBC1, BBC2, ITV and SKY News. Sufficient soft furnishings are provided for up to 8 people, and dining is also sufficient for 8 persons. Ceiling fans are provided for in the lounge / dining area. There is also a modern kitchen providing an oven / hob / microwave / dishwasher / fridge-freezer and washing machine.

The bedrooms comprise three doubles, all with king-size beds, two with en-suite bathrooms, and the third with it's own bathroom across the hall. All three benefit from patio doors opening directly onto the pool area. The fourth bedroom is a twin room, also with it's own en-suite bathroom. Doors and windows benefit from having mosquito doors and security grilles installed. A safe is also provided for additional security. The lounge doors lead out onto an enclosed sun terrace and a large Roman entrance pool, which has the benefit of electric heating in the winter months.

An impressive selection of patio furniture is provided sufficient for 8 persons plus friends, including sun loungers, dining tables and chairs, and of course a barbecue. Sun blinds are installed for additional shade fronting the pool area, and there is an outside shower installed for use before / after swimming.

Local Area Details

Callao Salvaje is a small coastal resort situated on the south west tip of the island of Tenerife, some 25 minutes drive from the southern airport, and only 15 minutes drive from the livelier resort of Playa de Las Americas.

It is reputed to be located in the warmest and sunniest part of the island. It has a regular bus service, and Taxis are always available, however a car is to be recommended. There is a small beach / cove of sand / pebbles, but improvements to this area are shortly to be made. There are good restaurants, most of which are on the ocean front. Bars – some with live entertainment, supermarkets, shops, bank, gymnasium, chemist, doctor's surgery and a beauty salon. Callao Salvaje lends itself to the quieter holiday, ideal for families, and yet close enough to the livelier resorts on the island. Nearby; Zoo, Golf, Snorkeling, Water Park, Walking. Swimming, Water Skiing, Diving and Tennis.

Sueno Azul

Sueno Azul is a development of detached villas set in 17 acres of tropical gardens, stretching to the coastline with it's wonderful views. Our villas all benefit from private swimming pools, heated in the winter months. They are all individually furnished to a very high standard.

The immediate areas have pedestrian walkways / cul-de-sacs, and are therefore very safe for young children. There are very few steps in the vicinity, making it very user-friendly. Community services provide frequent cleaning of all communal areas, making it a pleasure to stroll through at any time, day or night.
