Property Details
This one-bedroom apartment is situated at the lower end of Calahonda on a small complex of 20 apartments and 3 villas, in a quiet residential area. Although ground-floor it has a large SW facing balcony (not terrace) with sea view which provides privacy and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun. Peaceful, yet within 5 min walk to shops, bars and restaurants and about 10 min walk to the beach. Ideal for couples and small families. Sorry but no pets. The changeover day is Saturday.
25% deposit required to secure bookings.
Comprises: Double Bedroom; Lounge with sofa-bed; Dining Area; Kitchen with dual hob, washer, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, iron & board; Bathroom with shower over bath.
Facilities: Satellite TV, DVD, Radio, CD and Cassette Player.
Air conditioning in the bedroom is available at a supplement fee.
All bedding and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Two sun loungers are provided for personal use around the pool.
Electric sockets are English - adaptors to Spanish are provided. Security grilles are fitted to all windows and doors.
Local Area DetailsCalahonda is situated on the coast, halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella, approx. 35 min drive from Malaga Airport and just over an hours drive to Gibraltar.
There is a regular bus service on the main N340 road to Marbella or Fuengirola and a train service from Fuengirola to all major towns and cities in Spain, including Malaga.
Car hire is not essential but would enhance your holiday.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental is required within 7 days to confirm your reservation. If the deposit is not received within 7 days the reservation will be cancelled.
(You are strongly advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a cancellation clause that may enable you to recover non-refundable monies).
On receipt of the balance, payable 8 weeks before rental period commences, the keys and directions (sent separately) will be issued.
For late bookings (less than 4 weeks before the start of holiday rental) the total fee is payable when emailing the booking form unless other arrangements have been agreed with us.
On receipt of rental fee, we will email directions to the apartment and give instructions for the collection of keys.
Payment to be made by cheque or cash (Pound Sterling or Euros). Credit cards not accepted. |
