There are 3 bedrooms, a double, a twin and a continental twin with 2 sun terraces.
There is an en-suite shower room with toilet/basin - a Bathroom with shower, toilet and 2 basins and a separate WC with basin on the ground floor.
Good size kitchen with double sink.
Heaters and fans in each bedroom and the lounge.
Linen and towels (not beach) are provided.
The digital TV system receives all the main British TV channels, as well as SKY 1, Sky sports 1&2, Sky movies etc, over 30 channels in all!

Local Area Details

Torre de la Horadada is where all the local Spaniards have their holiday homes. With great weather, a chain of unspoilt beach coves, little local bars and restaurants, it has a real family, community feel. It is also a great base for Golf as it is situated only 10 minutes away from several top courses.
You can walk to the beach, past the supermarket, the church and the local piazza (with its bars!) in less than 10 minutes.
The village is a costal suburb of the local town, Pilar de la Horadada, situated at the southernmost end of the Costa Blanca. This means it is also close to the warm inland sea of the Mar Menor in Murcia. It is just off the Motorway and coastal road that link it to the airports and all the local golf courses. The resort has a number of beach coves and is part of the massive Orihuela Coast with some of the best beaches in Spain.
Thus it combines the atmosphere of a sleepy seaside town with being directly connected to all the local sporting amenities, facilities, restaurants, nightlife etc.
There are several local beaches with many activities in the summer, such as watersports and beach football/volleyball, and a large marina/boat club. The block has its own communal pool, just outside the back patio, and there is a new municipal pool open all year round just 5 mins drive away.
Just 10 minutes drive away are the golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramplas, and there are 13 courses, including the famous La Manga Club, within a hour's drive.
There is a brand new shopping mall just a few minutes drive away, with a bowling alley and there is a cinema showing films in English at the weekends in Pilar.

There is a weekly €60 charge for cleaning/laundry, which is payable in cash to the English couple who live a few doors down and who handle management for the estate. They can also do airport pick-ups if you are not hiring a car. Mucia is the nearest airport, 10 mins away, but Alicante is only 45mins away and flights there can be a bit cheaper.
