The two twin bedrooms and main bathroom are also on the ground floor,making it an ideal villa for those with mobility problems.
Going down the stairs to the lower ground floor,we come to the private double bedroom complete with it's own seating area.Ideal for the teenagers,grandparents or indeed anyone who ''wants to be alone''.
Moving up to the first floor,the entire floor is dedicated to the Master Suite.Relax in the luxury of the double bedroom,en-suite full bathroom,dressing room and private sun terrace.
The communal pool is right behind the villa and can be seen from at least 2 bedrooms in the villa.Surrounded by grassed sunbathing areas,the pool is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the crystal clear water.
Local Area DetailsEl Raso is a brand new development as of June 2005.Set amongst orange and lemon groves,in the midst of Guardamar countryside,the location is ideal for a short relaxing break whilst being a short drive from all amenities.
The local Sunday market is just a 3 minute drive and is a great place to practise your haggling skills for that new leather handbag or designer sunglasses.The market sells everything from clothes and shoes for all the family to curtains and bedding to pickled olives and most things in between.Cafes and snack bars abound so when your feet get tired,the family can catch up over a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice!
The town centre and glorious blue flag beaches of Guardamar are just a 5 minute drive.In the town you will find all the amenities such as shops,supermarkets,banks,restaurants,bars,lovely parks and a small funfair.Guardamar is popular with families and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere as you stroll around the little streets.During the summer months there is a delightful evening craft market lining the streets.
Guardamar beach is very long,wide and full of lovely golden sand.Water sports are popular here.Surf,relax in the sun or explore the dunes - the choice is yours.
The cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja is also only a 10 minute drive away.
If all that was not enough there are also 5 championship golf courses within a 30 minute drive of El Raso.The famous LA FINCA course being only 15 minutes away.
