This very attractive, modern villa is in a superb location, only two minutes walk to the lovely Las Cucharas beach along with its many restaurants and shops.

Interior: New in 2002 this single storey, modern villa is very well furnished and finished to a high standard. The light and airy living room styled with leather sofas and Mexican dining furniture looks out onto the pool and terrace. There is a separate, very well equipped kitchen. The villa has three attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed with en-suite. There are two further twin bedrooms and a further bathroom.
Exterior: There is a secluded sunbathing terrace, which surrounds the 4.5x3 metre, private solar and electric heated swimming pool. The villa is one of a group of similar villas all in their own grounds and surrounded by high walls, for privacy.
Services: There is a mid week towel change on Mondays with a weekly linen service on Thursdays. Pool cleaning on Mon/Thurs. Our local Rep will call at the start of your stay.
Car Requirements: A car is not considered necessary for this property.
Prices: Start from £490 per week and the property is available all year round.

Local Area DetailsAmenities: The villa is located within a two-minute walk to the beautiful Las Cucharas beach. Within a ten minute walk along the promenade there are further restaurants and bars on the way to the centre of Costa Teguise, with all its many and varied facilities. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre and there is a surf school on the beach. There are supermarkets and shops nearby and it is a short drive to the island’s only golf course and the nearby aqua park.
