Garden Room: Located on our second floor, facing the garden, this room is furnished with two twin beds. It has wicker furniture and a private bathroom with a shower. The rate is $250/night weekends $175/night weekdays for one or two adults plus 9.375 % NYS Hotel Tax.
Southern Comfort Room: Located on our first floor overlooking the porch and adjacent to the dining room, this room has a full bed, large mirrored antique armoire, barber chair, decorative fireplace with nine candle candelabra, ceiling fan and private bathroom with a two-headed shower. The rate is $250/night weekends $175/night weekdays for one or two adults plus 9.375 % NYS Hotel Tax.
Blue Room: Located on our second floor, this large and airy room has a queen bed with brass head and footboards, working fireplace, antique furniture and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The rate is $310/night weekends $235/night weekdays for one or two adults plus 9.375 % NYS Hotel Tax.
Green Room: Located on our second floor, this cozy and quiet room faces the garden and has a queen bed with brass headboard, working fireplace, and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The rate is $295/night weekends / $225/night weekdays for one or two adults plus 9.375 % NYS Hotel Tax.
Magnolia Suite: This suite consists of two rooms, a bedroom with twin beds which can be set up as a king, private bathroom with shower, and a separate sitting room with a daybed, 20 inch cable TV/VCR, desk and antique armoire. The rate is $295/night weekends $225/night weekdays for one or two adults plus 9.375 % NYS Hotel Tax. A third adult can occupy the rooms at an additional $50.00/night plus tax.
Skylight Room: The only room on the third floor, this large and quiet room is fully carpeted and contains a ceiling fan, vented skylight, king bed, conversation area with two plump armchairs and a private bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub. The rate is $350/night weekends / $260/night weekdays for one or two adults plus 9.375 % NYS Hotel Tax.
All rooms include full breakfast and afternoon refreshments and are equipped with air conditioning, cable TV/VCRs, coffee makers, in-room refrigerators, hair dryers, ceiling fans, oversized bath towels and comfortable robes. We have on-site parking and beach parking passes (one car per room please). Our grounds offer a beautiful garden with comfortable Adirondack chairs, umbrellaed picnic tables, a two-person swing, hammocks and a piazza with a three-tiered fountain with goldfish .
