This house is ideal for a family holiday and centrally located. Braai (barbeque) and sunbathing factilities are at hand for lazy summer days.
Local Area DetailsThis property is located 20 minutes from Cape Town on the West Coast. There are many top Blouberg restaurants within walking distance (the closest is 30m!) from the property. There are 2 quality golf courses close by and the beautiful Cape Winelands, Cape Point, Table Mountain, Chapmans Peak Drive and so much more all within an hour's drive (most under 30 minutes!). There are ample waves to surf in the area as well, but bring your wetsuits since the water averages around 12-18 degrees celsius. It's also the most popular kite boarding spot in South Africa, with lessons and equipment close by.
