Property Details
Situated in the Torviscas area of Playa De Las Americas, occupying a quiet location, this complex is mainly single storey.
All apartments have a lounge with satellite TV and a high quality fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner hob, full oven, fridge freezer, toaster etc. The bedroom has twin beds plus a full range of fitted mirrored wardrobes and dressing table. The bathroom has twin vanity basin plus a circular bath with Jacuzzi and shower. Maid service is daily except for Sundays.
Sleeping arrangements 2 persons in the bedroom and in the lounge there is a high quality 3 piece suite with a settee which converts into a double bed plus a separate chaise lounge which converts into a single bed.
Onsite facilities include 5 pools, the main one is heated , programme , 3 restaurants ,each with a bar, with entertainment in the main bar.
The Octopus water park is directly opposite the main entrance making the resort ideal for the children.
The centre of Playa De Las Americas is 15-20 minuets walk and the lively but rather more select marina is about 8 minutes walk.
A two bedroomed apartment has the same lounge and kitchen facilities but in addition there is a master bedroom with king-size double bed, full range of fitted mirrored wardrobes plus an en-suit bathroom with twin vanity basins and circular bath with Jacuzzi and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds with bathroom or shower room opposite.
