Villa Romar is ideal for up to 6 people. It is has air conditioning through out and has full central heating for the winter months. The flooring is local tiles and the bathrooms have marble floors and walls. There are ample power points and lighting, in fact there is everything you would expect to find "at home".
In the surrounding garden there is plenty of space to relax, with a BBQ and Kidney Shaped swimming pool with built in steps, just off the covered terrace. There are plenty of chairs, sun beds and outside furniture. The pool has a "SAFETY COVER" and is fenced thus providing some protection for children. The garden has been planted with a variety of plants and trees and is laid to lawn. The garden and terraces are south and west facing so get the sun all day, but there are plenty of areas of shade and the downstairs terrace has full size blinds to pull down on those cooler evenings.
The house has been equipped with children in mind. There is a travel cot, high chair, safety gate at top of stairs and one for the foot of the stairs. There are toys and books, scooters, skate board, footballs etc Children's videos and DVDs as well as a Play Station.
Bedroom 1 - King size Double Bed and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower and WC, large built in wardrobes - access to sun deck from the landing
Bedroom 2 - 2 Single beds which can be joined to form a king size double, built in wardrobes and drawers. Shared bathroom - access to sun deck from the landing.

Lounge with settees and chairs, TV (30+ Channels inc Sky/BBC), DVD, Video, CD player and sliding doors to covered patio. Dining table and 6 chairs when not eating on the terrace. Breakfast bar to kitchen and ground floor bathroom with shower and WC.
Kitchen with ample cupboard space and work surfaces, fully equipped with oven, and hotplates, extractor fan, fridge and freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. All the cutlery and crockery you need for 6+ and when neighbours come and join in the BBQ!
It is also fully equipped for the beach and picnics with cool bags, cool boxes, chairs, mats, parasols. If you just want the lazy life try the hammock!

The Resort Village is now in operation with shops, supermarket, social centre and 5* Intercontinental Hotel and the golf course (which is in the process of being extended!) The driving range is now open. The 9 hole course will be extended to 18 holes and by 2006/7 the football pitches, tennis courts additional pools and sports centre will appear.

VILLA ROMAR as situated in Phase 1 of the development where all the building works are complete, the roads and grass verges are in place, street lighting working etc. In fact the road is swept clean every day and washed every other day! Local Area Details

It is just 5km from the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor and 15 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea. Inland the mountains of Murcia are cool in the summer and there is great shopping and culture in Murcia, Cartegena, Alicante.
There is all the watersports you need on the Mar Menor, horse riding, bikes for hire, more golf courses within 20 km that would take all summer to play.
There is peace and quiet and loads of culture, great food and wine.
