Property Details
Casa Felipe, just a few minutes from the sea, is ideal for families or groups. The open plan kitchen & living room is nicely furnished and well equipped to a high standard, including oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, CD player, TV/VCR. Two of the 3 bedrooms open onto a balcony with stunning views. There is one double, one twin and one single room. Another internal room can sleep an additional person in a pull out bed. There is a bathroom with full-size bath and an additional downstairs toilet.
Local Area DetailsThe property is in a quiet street just minutes from the beach and harbour at Santiago with its safe swimming, even for children, and beautiful clear water ideal for snorkelling. There are diving opportunities for beginners and the experienced, with classes held by Gomera Dive Resort at the Club Laurel restaurant and pool, and within the bay. Tennis and golf are also available through the nearby Hotel Tecina. The island provides fantastic opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, fishing trips and even star-gazing.

| Pricing depends on the season - please contact the owners for prices and availability. A damage/breakage deposit of £90.00 is required, refundable after checks are completed.
If you require meeting in person at the port of San Sebastian there is a further small charge of £16.00. Transport to the property and/or car hire can also be arranged through our local English contacts on the island.
Prices include weekly linen change/cleaning and use of all the equipment within the house.
All rentals include a complimentary welcome gift of a bottle of wine and mineral water.
