Although in a peaceful setting, within between 10 - 25 mins you reach the areas of Fuengirola (with its many fine and reasonably priced restaurants), Mijas Pueblo (a pretty whitewashed village), Marbella and the Old Town (a shoppers paradise), Puerto Banus (famous for its marina and night life). Local Area Details

So many places to go, so much to do. In the immediate vicinity you have horse racing at the famous Hippodromo. This is a great night out. Racing starts at 10.00 pm in the summer months and once the races are over the live bands start, go-karting, horse riding, water park, numerous water sports, tennis and of course golf. Just 20 mins down the road in Benalmadina you can visit the Seaworld centre, a theme park which goes on into the night or take a boat trip.
