This luxury three bedroom apartment is perfectly located for a relaxing break, yet close enough to the beach and all the amenities Calis beach has to offer. The apartment is situated 10 miutes walk to Calis beach and promenade as well as the dolmus (minibus service) which runs every few minutes into Fethiye.

The apartment which was completed late last year is situated within a beautiful complex with a communal pool and large communal gardens. Around the pool are sunloungers and umbrellas for your useage.

Within the complex there is also a small market/snack bar due for completion mid-June - ideal for when you are lying by the pool and feeling a bit peckish!!

Inside the spacious apartment you will find one double, and four single beds, as well as two shower-rooms. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.

The lounge opens out onto a balcony overlooking the pool, whilst upstairs there is a large roof terrace - a perfect little sun-trap!

Within the kitchen you will find a gas hob, electric oven/grill, fridge, kettle and microwave as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary for cooking during your stay.

Local Area Details

Palm Beach is ideally located close to the beach and bars, shops and restaurants of Calis.

Calis beach is a pretty 5km single beach which benefits from a lovely cooling breeze during the summer months. Calis beach is also famous for its beautiful sunsets.

Fethiye town centre is just a short ride away on the dolmus, or the water taxi which leaves from the centre of calis every half an hour during the summer until midnight. This working harbour town has a very Turkish feel about it and is a great place to wander around, ahve a few drinks and practice your bartering skills in the numerous shops.

Close to Calis beach is the world famous Oludeniz and the blue lagoon - the image many people first associate with Turkey. Dolmus' leave from Fethiye every few minutes to Oludeniz throughout the day, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful beach for the day, try out a couple of bars and restaurants and watch the paragliders as they float down from Babadag Mountain.

In both Calis and Fethiye there are a number of companies selling excursions and boat trips which enable you to see more of Turkey - both the local area and further away with trips to Pamukkale and Ephesus for example.

Whatever you enjoy doing whilst on holiday - there is something for everyone in the Calis/Fethiye area
