The villa comprises 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and we, the owners, take a great deal of pride in keeping our spacious home in excellent condition. It has the best of everything that you need for a fantastic holiday with family or friends, tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standard.
Sleeping up to 8 people, the villa is fully licensed and meets all fire and safety regulations including emergency lighting, smoke detectors, safety deposit box and full ADT security system.
The fully screened heatable pool and jacuzzi with coloured fibre optic lighting, enjoys fantastic views of the lake from the pool deck, where you can relax with a cool drink or dine 'al fresco' on the luxury pool furniture and watch the wildlife on the lake or the famous Florida sunset. It's a great place to return to after a hectic day!
Local Area DetailsSunset Lakes is situated S.W. of Disney just off Highway 192 behind the former Splendid China theme park. With luxury homes situated around two private lakes and surrounded by conservation area, it is ideally situated to visit Disney, so close that you can return to the villa late afternoon, relax by the pool, and return to the parks in the evening feeling refreshed.
If golf is your passion, you are never far from a golf course in Florida, the nearest one being Orange Lake Country Club about 1 mile away with three 18 hole courses.
Numerous restaurants, supermarkets and shops are all within a few minutes drive of Sunset Lakes. On site facilities include community pool and children's play area.
