Local Area DetailsOur Biot house is nested in the forest, with a panaramic view of the green belt, covered with pine and olive trees. 5 minutes walk from a quite road will take you to the entrance of River Brague, the National Park. From this point, there are many well marked walking trails leading into the forest. Within 15 minutes, you will also find golf course, tennis courts, the beach and swimming pools.
The house is also 5 minutes from Valbonne, 5 minutes from the motorway, 15 minutes from Antibes, 30 minutes from Cannes, 30 minutes from Nice, 45 minutes from Monaco and 1 hour from Ventimiglia (Italian border town).
Five minutes drive through a canapy of trees, will get you to Biot old town, where you will find bakerys, pharmacies, fruit and vegetable shops, bookshops, post office and supermarkets. Biot old town is paved with cobbled stones and is a car free zone. Here you will also find numerous excellent restaurants, including the renowned Les Terraillers.
