Welcome to our Florida home in the lovely gated community of Weston Hills. Weston Hills is one of central Florida’s newer communities located on Highway 27, approximately 8/10 miles from Walt Disney World and convenient for other Orlando attractions.

Why pay higher rates for a bathtub sized pool attached to your villa? Weston Hills’ inviting community recreation facilities feature two adult swimming pools, a children’s splash pool and playground, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts and a jogging trail, all free for you to use as our guest.

Security and privacy are paramount and a keypad entry system to the swimming pool area ensures that the use of our facilities is limited to Weston Hills residents and guests.

Our home has been completely newly re-appointed and contains everything you’ll need to feel at home (see the "Amenities" summary following). Our home features an open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen as well as a bonus 'family room'. Sleeping accommodations include three bedrooms - a queen master room, one full room and a twin room. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the family room. There is a full private en-suite bathroom within the master bedroom and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The living room entertainment unit includes satellite TV and DVD. The master bedroom includes a TV and DVD. There is also a TV, a Playstation 2 and selection of games in the family room.

Nearby are a full range of shopping facilities including a Walmart Superstore, other small Grocery stores, banks, post office and take-outs. On the nearby Highways 192 or 50, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants.
