Living Room with 2 Double Sofabeds, Satellite FLATSCREEN TV,DVD player,CD/radio player. BABY Cot and Highchair are available Free.
Two double Bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed plus 2 double sofabeds in Lounge.
Large patios and verandahs with garden furniture and BBQ grill for alfresco meals. Those overlook the pool and private gardens
The Pool is securly fenced 8 meters x 5 meters. Deep end is 1.5 meters, shallow end is 1 meter( 3 feet) deep.
Country walks are straight from the house, one leads to the local restaurant and bar 10 minutes walk away.
The House is all on one level, suitable for the children and the elderly

FLY to LISBON or PORTO. Hire a car or use excellent Intercity train from airports to COIMBRA town, then take taxi to the house( 20 minutes drive at £ 15 cost)
LISBON 90 minutes, PORTO 60 minutes drive to the house.
A1 Motorway runs straight from airports( no need to drive through city).

All Beds have first quality mattrasses. French door to balconies overlooking olive groves and highlands. Other Bedroom overlooks the pool and private gardens.House enjoys many original features including traditional varnished wooden floors and ceilings
