Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Bungalow and is maintained to the highest standard. It consists of a Master bedroom with Queen sized bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and closet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and closet. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet, the 2nd bathroom has a shower/bath tub, wash basin and toilet. Both bathrooms access the pool area and there is a plentiful supply of towels. Hair driers are provided.
The family room has a 3 seater settee, 2 seater settee and chair, TV with combined video, satelite system. The living room has a 3 seater settee which converts to a Queen sized bed,and a 2 seater settee. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs. There is also a single fold away bed, a playpen/cot and a high chair.
The kitchen has a cooker with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The washing machine and tumble drier are located in the double garage, along with the iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
The pool is 28'x14' and is 3' deep at the shallow end and 5' deep at it's deepest point. It is a Solar heated pool and the Solar panels are located on the roof. It has a self cleaning and filteration system and is also serviced weekly. There is a 30'x10' covered patio area, table, chairs and pool furniture. Outside the pool screen area is another patio area which is floodlit, where the brick BBQ is located and large grassed gardens.

Local Area Details

Poinciana is a semi rural community situated approximately 15 miles South of kissimmee. In Poinciana there are 3 Supermarkets (Winn-Dixie, Publx, Wal-Mart) a Dennys restaruant, Burgerking, Pizzahut and several hot food take aways. There are Banks, petrol stations and a walk-in medical centre. These are all situated approximately 3 miles from our home. A recently opened golf course is located a 5 min drive away. Horse riding stables are a 15 min drive away. An environmental centre is a 10 min drive away which is open to the public at weekends and is free of charge, where you can see Florida and it's wildlife in it's natural habitat.
We chose our home in a quite peacful area. when you've had 12hrs in Disney, you'll want peace and quite!!
