Villa ELSO is a 3 bed holiday villa set on a well established complex ( Ponz residential complex) in famous resort of LADIES BEACH.
Distance to the Beach and Shops are just 100 meters
This property is located on an ideal spot in the resort just a couple of minutes walk away from beautiful golden sanded Ladies Beach where you will find a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. A local grocery shop located right across the villa for your convenience.

GROUND FLOOR
Large comfortable lounge with a Sofa bed and arm chairs. Dining area is in the lounge and a door front balcony. Separate modern Kitchen is fully equipped with two door fridge-freezer, Cooker & oven, extractor fan, kettle & toaster. There is also a large bathroom on ground floor with shower. A washing machine is also placed in this bathroom
FIRST FLOOR
Villa ELSO will sleep up to 8 people.
One double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms on this floor.
There is a bathroom with shower also available on first floor.
AIR CONDITIONING
There are independent Air-Con units in every room (Split system). All units are remote controlled.
KITCHEN
A separate Kitchen is equipped with a tall fridge-freezer, an oven-cooker, extractor fan, toaster, kettle and other basic and necessary kitchen equipment.
SWIMMING POOL
Guest will be using the large swimming pool in front of the hotel within the same Complex. There is also a children's pool here and Hotel Bar and restaurant open during the summer season. (From April to Nov.)
BEACH
Only 100 meters away.Beautiful sandy Ladies beach is a resort of its own. As well as the shallow sandy beach with sun beds, umbrellas, water sports facilities there are many nice restaurants and bars.
BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms in this property. Both ground floor and first floor bathrooms offer toilet and shower cubicles.
ENTERTAINMENT
There will be satellite television and DVD player in the lounge, also a portable/permanent stereo and CD player will be available.
ELECTRICS
220 V Electric plugs in the villa. Please note that you will need adaptors for your hair dryer, shavers and other electrical appliances with UK plugs.
WATER
There is a Solar system on the roof to provide the hot water required. An electrical support system available to heat the water up to required temperature for when solar system is not quick enough if/when you are a large crowd.
BBQ
There is no built -in BBQ in the Villa but you will be provided with a mobile BBQ.
OTHER
You will have all bed linen ( Second set will be supplied for the second week) and towels provided before you enter the villa ( No beach towels). There will be Iron and and ironing table, a small Television in the lounge, music centre with CD player and a radio available. No hair dryer available.
Ladies Beach 100 metres
TRANSPORTATION
You will need no transport for the beach, local shops, restaurants or bars.Local Minibuses will stop by the complex to take you to town centre, supermarkets or beaches. Minibus fares are as little as 25p per person.

Known as the most popular beach in Kusadasi. Ideal for those who would enjoy sipping their wine whilst watching one of the most stunning sun set views in the world.
Sea front is now totally pedestrianised and no motor vehicles allowed in at any time. This makes the resort safest, cleanest and an ideal place for a lovely holiday.
Ladies Beach is approx. 3 miles from town centre and would take 20-25 minutes on foot. There are Local minibuses from many different spots in town to Ladies Beach and same from Ladies Beach to town or Green Beach.
This lively resort is full of pubs, bars restaurants and convenience stores for your daily shopping.
You will find many entertaining water sport facilities here in Ladies Beach, Water sky, wind surf, jet sky are just some of them.
