Private Rental. Two bedroom, two-bathroom upper unit, clean and modern, ceiling fan, gas fireplace, new furnishings, walkout balcony with propane bbq. Ideal for a family of 6, but can sleep up to 8 people. Linens and bedding supplied. Please bring own towels.(Can be arranged if arriving by air). Washer/Dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven. Cutlery and dishes. Living room has a pullout couch, ceiling fan, gas fire, Cable tv,vcr,dvd. Some family type movies. Attached dining area. Master bedroom , Queen bed and a Single bed. Walkthrough storage closet to 4 piece washroom. Cable tv, dvd. Bedroom 2 , double bed with single pine bunk bed over top. Cable tv, dvd. Adjacent to 3 piece washroom. Phone to make free local calls. Family Orientated, children welcome, non smoking unit. No pets. Local Area DetailsWalking distance to Cranberry Resort activities;(pay as u play) golf, horseback riding, tennis, swimming, cross country skiing in winter, rec center, dining and a marina across the road on Georgian Bay. Local beaches and Approx. 15 minutes to Wasaga Beach (14 kilometre freshwater beach); Nearby bike/walking trails, scenic caves and Collingwood shops, restaurants and the famous Elvis festival. Short Walk to Georgian Bay on Lake Huron. 5 - 10 minutes drive to area ski and snowboard resorts. 4 seasons Intrawest Blue Mountain for skiing, snowboarding, golf and Mountain Biking and the village amenities. (Bars, restaurants, shops). Some of the facilities listed are available on the resort.
Collingwood is located in the four season cottage country. Wasaga Beach for swimming in summer is nearby and for winter Blue Mountain ski and snowboard area is located in Collingwood. Golf , hiking, swimming, mountain biking, horse riding are all local to the town and the resort that the condo is located at. 3 swimming pools including 1 indoor available for use at additional cost. Other resort activities available.
