The property consists of three good sized bedrooms, Two rooms are situated on the 1st floor and one on the ground floor, The master bedroom on the 1st floor has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, and a safe along with double doors leading to the balcony.
Bedroom Two also situated on the first floor, is a twin, complete with fitted wardrobe, cabinet and window to side elevation. Bedroom three on the ground floor, has twin beds, wardrobe, cabinet, and a window to the rear.
Outdoor living plays a great part in the Spanish way of life Whether it’s topping up your tan on the large roof solarium, complete with sunbeds in the open, or if the sun gets too hot you can relax under the shaded tower. The solarium also has ocean views, Breakfast can be eaten on the main bedroom balcony, or you can sit and watch the sun go down in the evening. Or simply enjoy a cold drink or a good meal on the front terrace

Local Area Details

This luxury three bed-roomed, semi-detached private villa is situated in the Lomas De Golf area of Villa Martin in the Southern Costa Blanca region of Spain.
The villa itself is set in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounding a communal pool, and is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday with your family or friends.
Alternatively, if you require venturing out, a leisurely 15 min walk or a 2 min car journey can reach the popular Villamartin Plaza.
There are three established 18 hole golf courses, all 5 mins from the villa, where you can hire clubs and buggy’s (if you cant bring your own), to enjoy a relaxing game of golf.
There are a further 12 courses all within an hours drive, should you like variation.
Green fees average from 55euros, club hire approx 10euros, and buggy hire 35euros
The nearest beach is in La Zenia bay, with its golden stretch of sand, it is ideal for sunbathing, this is accessible by a 10min drive either by car, taxi or local bus (summer only) from the Plaza.
There are a variety of bars and restaurants that surround the bay, should you wish for a cool shady drink.
The Plaza, which is a square consisting of a numerous number of bars, restaurants and shops. In the summertime it is a lively complex with variety of live entertainment, whilst in the winter it is a quiet retreat after a warm game of golf.
