The penthouse is situated just off the main N340, which runs from Malaga airport to Marbella, approximately 25 minutes drive from Malaga.
Furnished to a high quality and served by lift to front door. Large lounge includes 2 comfortable sofas and complete with TV, stereo and playstation. Dining area seats six. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, plus twin room with adjacent additional shower room/wc. Additional double sofa bed in lounge. Fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer, full size oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher. Large terraces to both front and rear providing stunning views of the coast and mountains. Patio furniture to terraces. Ideal for family holidays (maximum 4 adults). Strictly no all male, all female or groups of mixed young people accepted. All bedlinen and towels provided. No pets. Secure underground car parking. Bookings commence on a saturday (may be varied off peak). Lots of additional photographs available either via the internet or by post on CD.
Local Area DetailsThere are numerous restaurants and bars, supermarkets, banks and general shops in the local area. Lovely sandy beach at La Cala. Easy access to whole of the Costa del Sol and sightseeing slightly further field to Ronda, Seville, Granada, Gibraltar - the list is endless! Apart from the beach, plenty to occupy children - local aqua parks, zoos, sea world etc., etc.
