The villa is situated in the hillside town of Sao Faustino,Loule - Central Algarve. The villa is only 15mins from Faro Airport and the coastal resorts of Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo. The large 10m x 5m pool is perfect to relax by. Beautiful scenic gardens, shaded terraces and barbecue areas offer an ideal space for quiet relaxation and al fresco dining. Quietly positioned, yet close to the activities of nearby beaches, resorts and golf clubs. The villa is a perfect base to explore the Algarve. The Master double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and doors to its own terrace. It also has a double sofa bed especially to enable eight golfers of the same sex to sleep comfortably. The Guest twin bedroom and bathroom are on the same upper level. The pool level contains two further bedrooms, both with two beds and en suites. The poolside patio room is ideally suited for a second couple as one of the beds is a double.
The Villa has luxurious marble tiled floors throughout.
All bedrooms are large, bright and airy with ample fitted cupboards. The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast room is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The spacious living and dining areas are welcoming with its timber-beamed ceiling and log fire. Patio doors from the lounge leads to a large covered terrace. This barbecue terrace commands stunning panoramic views of the coast stretching for miles beneath you. What better place to sit watching the sun setting while sipping a cool drink or two. The above average size pool (10 x 5 metres) is set below the terrace and is the perfect place to unwind. By night it can be lit for that special effect and enjoyment.
A Safe is available for your valuables. The villa also has a monitored security system. Satellite television,CD,VCR and air-conditioning can be found in the living room for your comfort and entertainment. There are hairdryers in each bedroom for your convenience and to minimise your luggage. A Welcome Hamper will be provided on arrival to start your great vacation.
Cleaning and fresh linen is provided once per week and towels are changed twice a week. A perfect location to relax and restore your spirits.

The "Booking Information" required consists of your name, address, phone number, the names and ages (if under 18) of all occupants, start and finish dates, plus any additional requirements.All Rentals are from 16:00pm each Thursday until 10:00am the following Thursday.We offer substantial savings for stays of 2 or more weeks out of the peak season.
