General Information

La Manga is well served by two airports. To the north is Alicante airport approx. 75 minutes by motorway and Murcia airport approx. 20 minutes away. Both airports have scheduled flights to and from a number of UK destinations.

Founded in around 831 AD by the moors, the importance of the city over the years can be seen in the beautiful cathedrals, palaces and other public buildings. Visit on Thursdays and you can enjoy the colourful weekly market.
