Property Details
The bungalow has just been fully renovated and equipped.It is fully-airconditioned.There are 2 bedrooms,fully equipped kitchen,bathroom,dining room and lounge.As it is all on one level with no stairs or balconies it is particularly suitable for children.We can also provide baby equipment (high chair,cot,pushchair etc) and games and toys at no extra charge.There is a barbeque in the garden and patios at the front and back of the house so there is both shade and sun all day.The beach is 10 minutes easy walk and all local shops(bakery mini-market,fruit and veg)are within a few minutes walk.The busstop is just opposite the house and from there you an take buses to the centre of Athens.Buses also go direct to the airport where you can catch the new Metro to all parts of AThens.Rafina is a 10 mins bus journey and from there you can take daytrip ot overnight stays to the islands(Naxos,Paros,Mykonos etc)
Local Area DetailsLoutsa is where Athenians come to escape the heat of the summer.It is a seaside town not a tourist resort and is therefore a perfect place to experience the real Greece.Loutsa has a lovely beach (about 4 kms of it) and the water is warm and safe for children.The new AThens Zoo is close by>You can also visit the temple of Artemis in neighboroughing Vravrona.The house is situated at the quieter end of Loutsa but nightclubs ,tavernas etc are within walking distance.There are many tavernas,restaurant and cafes in Loutsa and within 10 mins walk of the house there are tavernas right on the beach.There are a number of childrens playgrounds nearby.
