There are large patio doors leading out from the lounge onto a terrace that overlooks the pool area and which offers the ideal spot for al-fresco dining. There is also a shower room located on this level and a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and a washing machine. The kitchen also has a door leading to an outside dining area. On the lower level is an extremely spacious twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and on the upper level is a further twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a separate shower room and a master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a terrace with lovely views down towards Los Cristianos.
Local Area DetailsThis newly built 4 bedroomed villa is located in a quiet, residential area on the edge of Los Cristianos. There is a selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the villa is just under a kilometre from the town centre and the beach. Guests of the villa have access to tennis courts just across the road (charge applies).
Vista Hermosa 12 has a lovely pool area with spacious terraces that are furnished with a patio table, chairs and sunlongers. The large, inviting swimming pool also has the option of electric heating.
