Property Details
The accommodation is part of finca las peras and is self contained. It is set apart from the main house and has its own walled garden although guests are free to use the pool and bbq.The finca is in the hills above the ebro delta and is 10 mins from lampolla and beaches.The village has a range of restaurants and bars along with car ,quad and cycle hire.The atmosphere is very calm and provides a perfect break or base for bird watching, fishing and walking. We have some horses and riding may be possible. The local infrastructure is good, with reus and barcelona airports being 45 and 90 mins respectively. Valencia is about 2 hours.
Local Area DetailsThe local area consists of olive and almond groves.There are several small to medium sized towns nearby. Lampolla is thr gateway to the delta which is a natural park area.For younger people there is a disco but the whole area is very tranquil. It is not benidorm. The beaches are very nice and they range from large to small coves.
