The perfect holiday rental accommodation for a couple, perhaps with one child
(although not essential!) Always presented in immaculate condition, a
lovely one bedroomed flat directly overlooking the communal gardens, pool, Estepona harbour and Mediterranean Sea.
If you’ve never stayed in Estepona before, you are in for a treat!!
Very un-English with plenty of tapas bars, great variety of restaurants, inexpensive
bars and lots of local shops making Estepona one of the last seaside towns on the
Costa del Sol with a predominantly Spanish flavour. A delightful, lively Port area where the fishermen still bring in their daily catches, a fairly sleepy old town with plazas, street cafes and narrow streets of white-washed houses, a large beach area and an easy drive to Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro, Gibraltar, Casares and Manilva and Ronda.
The apartment is away from traffic noise with a super 14ft x 10ft south-facing terrace
with wrought iron table and seats, bedroom with king-size bed (can be split) and 2 double wardrobes, shower room en suite with walk-in shower cubicle, bidet, WC and washbasin in vanity unit. The living/dining room is spacious and has two 3-seater settees, dining table with 4 chairs, TV / VCR,
Radio / cassette / CD player. There are a selection of books, CDs and videocassettes available to borrow.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a w/machine, d/washer, electric oven & hob, refrigerator & freezer, microwave, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, iron & ironing board, hairdryer etc.

In the locality and within a fairly easy drive are the following: -
Dolphin Safari or Deep Sea Fishing from the Port
The famous old town area of Marbella (Plaza de Naranjas)
The equally famous Puerto Banus, “berth-place� of millionaires magnificent yachts.
Selwo Wildlife Safari Park – spend the day their, bring a picnic!
Two lovely beaches, Playa del Rada and Playa del Cristo
White villages of Casares & Manilva
Go to Gib for the day – Duty free tobacco, spirits, etc + Barbary Apes.
Ronda, famous for its Gorge and beautiful old town area.

FURTHER AFIELD

Cadiz, Seville, Cordoba, Malaga, Granada and Antequerra are all within a
2 hour drive and are worth exploring.
