Local Area DetailsThe community is easily accessible to/from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). Fort Myers Beach is 4 miles down the road with miles of white sand and offers water sport activities such as swimming, jet-skiing, deepwater fishing, snorkelling, and diving. In addition, the neighboring world famous sandy beaches of Sanibel and Captiva are noted for the best shelling beaches and laid back atmosphere.
Excellent parks are also abundant and include walking/biking paths to the 279-acre Lake Park, Lovers Key, and Bowditch Point.

payment will be refunded by check. If cancel within the 30 days then
the payment is refunded if the property is re-rented minus $150 re-
renting fee.
- Florida State sales and lodging taxes of 9% and cleaning fee of
$120 USD per rental period are to be assessed on top of rental rate.
- Refundable security deposit of $300 is required and will be
returned if no damage is incurred during stay.
- Free local calls, cable TV and highspeed internet access included with rental.
