Villa Frangipani enjoys a picturesque hillside location at Cumbre del Sol (Summit of the Sun) with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. It is a south facing, detached villa with private pool and terrace built on one level and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), comfortably sleeping six.

In And Around The Villa:
Entry to the villa is via a short path with 14 steps leading down from the road. To the right of the entrance hall is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Inside the bedroom there is a king size bed with bedside tables and built in wardrobes (all bedrooms are provided with English pillows). French doors open from the bedroom directly onto the terrace and pool area.

To the left of the hallway is the open plan lounge and dining area. The dining area is furnished with a large dining table which comfortably seats six.

The lounge enjoys stunning views and is complete with a large L shaped sofa, 26" LCD TV with Sky Family Package, DVD Player and Playstation 2, (some DVDs and PS2 games are provided - please feel free to bring your own).

Leading off from the dining area thru an archway is the american style kitchen which is equipped with a oven, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. A washing machine is located in the service cupboard in the entrance hall along with an iron / ironing board.

Access to bedrooms 2 and 3 is through an archway from the dining room. The rooms are elegantly furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and built in wardrobes. These bedrooms have shared access to the shower room.

All bedrooms and the dining area / lounge enjoy air conditioning / heating, the use of which is included in the price.

French doors lead from the dining area into the naya (covered terrace) - it has a circular table and 6 chairs making it perfect for al-fresco dining.

The naya arches lead out to the terrace and swimming pool. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a parasol - the surrounding balustrades incorporate lighting allowing this area to be used in the evenings.
From the terrace roman steps lead into the kidney shaped swimming pool which is 8m x 4m and has underwater lighting and poolside shower.

A free welcome pack is provided on your arrival and we carry out full end of stay cleaning along with weekly cleaning if villa rental is for longer than one week. A cot and high chair are also available if required at no extra charge.

Local Area Details

The nearest towns are Benitachell, Moraira and Javea all within fifteen minutes drive of Villa Frangipani.

Benitachell is a mainly agricultural village with narrow streets and good local bars and restaurants.

Moraira has a sandy beaches, a picturesque marina, waterfront bars and a large selection of top quality restaurants. It has a weekly market on Fridays selling a variety of produce and a nightly craft market in the summer months.

Javea is a busy resort with many good bars and restaurants which, along with the safe and family friendly Arenal beach make this the ideal family day out.

Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia Theme Parks and Mundomar Marine Animal Park are all approx. 1/2 hours drive away.

Javea Golf Course is wihin 15 minutes drive of the villa.
